poor signage no elevators
The location IS good. It is close to the beach.
Finding reception was a CHALLENGE. the signage is nearly non-existent. This made arrival exhausting. the hotel consists of several buildings, but none have elevators. climbing stairs with luggage after a long trip became a nightmare.

comfortable beds kind staff limited selection room ants
the beds, i must say, were comfortable. staff was kind. the hotel was near the main square that had shops.
breakfast had a limited selection for me. i have noticed ants in our room on the third day of our stay.

Awesome Family Vacation Destination
clean room great variety
Rooms are very clean. I love it! Pools are available for children and adults. Location is great. It's about 3 minutes from the beach. Food selection is fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. The variety is great!

great location large suite dirty cups room cleaning
The location was great!!! i explored nearby beaches and the town centre. the suite was larger than expected. It gave us lots of room.
The cleaner did not clean our room properly. There were dirty cups. the room wasn't cleaned again . That was a shame.

a perfect family holiday
friendly staff clean hotel great location spacious room
the staff was great, they were very friendly. the hotel is very clean. the location is also great, it is a short walk to the beach. the room was spacious and we all had enough space. lunch at the pool bar was delicious. comfy day beds by pool were very relaxing!
it was a bit difficult to find parking close to the hotel at certain times.

Our one-bedroom suite was very spacious. it was also clean and well-kept. It offered plenty of space for everyone. the bathroom included a shower. the beds were comfortable, i rested well.

the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. they responded promptly to all requests we had. the cleaning service was regular. the room was always clean when we came back.

slamming door freezing air conditioning
The staff was polite. The location was near to amenities.
The room door slammed shut loudly. The central air conditioning was inconvenient, as it only blew cold air even when heating was needed. It made the room freezing!!!

the hotel location is next to the beach. other lovely beaches are within walking distance. i stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a large bed. it had a modern, clean interior and a quiet balcony facing the garden.
